I’ve partnered with global brands, cultural institutions, and federal agencies to create impactful digital experiences.
Below is a selection of clients that reflect the breadth of my work across industries and missions.
any questions?
Why can’t I click on these client names to see full case studies?
Many of my projects are protected by non-disclosure agreements or involve sensitive government work that can’t be shared publicly. To respect those commitments, I don’t publish all case studies online. That said, I’m always happy to discuss my work in more detail during a conversation.
Do you have case studies you can share?
Yes – I’ve included a selection of case studies on this site to give a good sense of how I approach research, UX design, and design leadership.
What types of work did you do for these clients?
My role has varied by engagement, reflecting how I’ve grown over time – from leading individual projects, to building and directing cross-functional teams, to ultimately shaping and leading an entire design capability. Across these clients, I’ve set vision and strategy, guided multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges, and ensured delivery at scale. Just as importantly, I’ve mentored and developed designers, creating the conditions for teams to thrive while embedding human-centered design into large programs and global brand initiatives.
Are these the only clients you’ve worked with?
This list highlights some of the most recognizable brands and organizations I’ve supported. Over the years, I’ve worked with many others – including internal initiatives and smaller engagements that aren’t represented here – across a wide range of industries.
How recent is this work?
The list spans my career, but many of the highlights come from the last 10–15 years, reflecting a balance of current federal government projects and recent commercial brand work.
Can you share more details in a private conversation?
Yes. While I can’t publish every case study online, I’m happy to walk through examples, lessons learned, and outcomes in a portfolio review, interview, or informal conversation.
